Reward points
Customers with an online account can earn reward points.
10 reward points will be awarded for each £1.00 spent on goods online. Reward points are issued when goods are ordered but are not earned until payment has been taken.
Earned reward points can be redeemed up to the value of goods being purchased at the rate of 0.1p per reward point. We have the right to cancel reward points in the case of unfulfilled orders and to deduct them when products are returned.
Wish lists
Customers with an online account can create wish lists.
Products for future purchase can be added to a wish list (including a note if required). Wish list items can be added to your basket at anytime by logging into your account. Others can view and purchase items from your wish list when you email them a link via your account.
When items from your wish list are purchased it will be updated automatically - quantities will be adjusted and items with a zero quantity will be removed.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be pleased with your order from us. Should you not be for any reason we offer a full refund or exchange policy.
Full refund on goods or exchange if the goods are returned within 28 days in original, unused condition. Please package delicate items carefully.
If returning for an exchange within the UK we ask that you pay for the postage back to us and we will pay for the postage to return the new item to you. Please ask for a certificate of posting when returning goods in case of loss in the post. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of replacing returned items for overseas customers. We cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted or unsuitable items.
Faulty goods
Although we make every effort to bring you the highest quality vegan products, if you have any quality problems please contact us as soon as possible.
Shoes and clothing
An insole can make half a size difference in footwear. Please try on shoes on a carpet to reduce marking if there is any chance you may want to return them.
Toiletries
Can be exchanged if in original condition. Please check ingredients list before use if you are prone to allergies. We regret we cannot offer refunds on opened goods.
Food items
Must be in original condition. We regret we cannot offer refunds on opened goods. Please check ingredients list before opening if you are prone to allergies.
All our packaging materials are recycled, please re-use if you can.
