We're not often a fan of raw chocolate, it can sometimes be grainy and not as creamy as we like but we couldn't resist trying this for the strawberry and cream flavours. And..... it didn't disappoint, smooth and packed full of flavour it's a real favourite here in the office
Dark 60% Ecuadorian raw chocolate, blended with Coconut Cream, infused with delicious freeze-dried strawberry powder and enriched with probiotic healthy bacteria.

the incidence of intestinal infections, and is frequently
recommended to prevent unbalanced intestinal microflora.
Based on scientific advice from the manufacturer, a

Coconut sugar is made from the sap of coconut palm trees; extracted once the blossom is removed. This nectar is gently heated until it becomes a delicious, rich unrefined sugar. Analysis of coconut sugar shows that it has a low glycemic index of 35 which is less than refined sugar (68) and agave (40). Coconut sugar is not a raw food.
