Postage Rates
UK ORDERS
We try to keep our postage rates as low as possible. Orders over £15 are usually sent with Parcelforce Parcel Service. We can also offer a 24 hour service. Both of these require a signature, if you would prefer we can always send to a work address.
For orders under £15 we usually send Royal Mail although heavier items are sent Parcelforce.
Small items - where the order contains only 1 pack of vitamins or a small item under 300g we manually reduce your postage on order processing to £2.99.
We aim to process orders within 7 days of receipt. If there is any reason we cannot do so we will contact you by email. However please allow 28 days for delivery.

Orders placed before 8.30am UK time will be processed same working day. If there is a problem then we will contact you by phone. 24 hour delivery is only available Monday to Friday and exclude any public holidays. Please note we are unable to offer a 24 hour delivery service to the following postcodes: BT, IV, JE, HS, IM, KS27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE. If you select a 24 hour service within these postcodes the delivery will be prioritised but we cannot give a definite delivery date.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
To keep the postage as low as possible we will email you with the exact cost based on the weight of your order. On average a pair of shoes cost £10 to mail within Europe.
